Refund Policy

Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refunds.

A full refund revokes the access that purchase granted. A partial refund keeps your access in place.

Refunding a subscription payment does not cancel the subscription. Unless you also cancel it, the next renewal still charges you and re-grants access for the period it covers.
